Most organizations today recognize that being a successful data-driven company requires skilled developers and analysts, including those in HR, but fewer grasp how to use meaningful data to tell a story that resonates both intellectually and emotionally with an audience.

It’s a mistake to theorize before you have data. So, what I want you to do is look at the data, try to understand what happened, and determine what data still needs to be collected.
