Talent risk is business risk. Talent is the lifeblood of an organization and in business, change is constant. In order to ensure your business can execute its strategic objectives, it’s critical to know of any talent risk that may happen when you’re either creating or refining your business strategy. We do that with a Workforce Implications Risk Assessment.
