Last month, I was teaching one of our leadership seminars, and a class member asked me as a leader today, what do I wish I knew then that I know now? Now, that’s a tough question. Because the leadership lessons that I have learned over time would be a truckload of ideas. But it did make me think, too, because of all the things that I have learned, what are the critical few, at least for me. So, after some thought, If I could only give 10 tips to younger emerging leaders, here’s what I would say. Today I want to share some advice for young emerging leaders.
